Aerospace and defense companies with revenues of $10-100MM currently involved in: OEM or tier 1 parts and subsystems manufacturing; turboprop and jet MRO services; logistics support to the Department of Defense; aerospace and remote imaging technologies.

Copper or fiber optic cable or cable subsystems manufacturer for the audio, telecommunications, or computer industries, with up to $200MM in revenues, to merge with an existing holding.

Defense services or manufacturing company with more than 50% of revenues derived from Department of Defense contracts. $20-200MM in revenues and $2MM+ EBITDA.

Retail, consumer goods, fashion, home furnishings and accessories manufacturers with $10-100MM in revenue and $1MM+ EBITDA.

Fulfillment company with up to $15MM in revenues, for add-on to an existing holding. Preference for southern California and East Cost regions.

Metal security door manufacturer with up to $20MM in revenues, to serve as a manufacturing platform for an entry security technology company.

Technology-focused company with $50MM+ in revenues, profitable, looking to merge with a public shell (Toronto stock exchange).

General and light manufacturing, distribution, or business services companies with at least $1MM EBITDA; firms with continuity of senior management post-acquisition/investment (e.g., firms seeking growth capital) are particularly of interest.

Business, government and financial IT services with $5-50MM revenue and $1-5MM EBITDA.

Healthcare services, pharmaceuticals, and unique medical device companies with up to $100MM revenue.

Secure communications technology, training and simulation, microwave components, avionics, ocean products and telemetry, instrumentation, space and wireless products, satellites, data transfer. At least $4MM EBITDA.

Manufacturers of specialty chemicals, plastics and coatings for use in industrial and residential applications, with at least $2MM EBITDA.
