Aleutian Acquisition Services employs a variety of resources and regularly communicates with contacts who provide valuable leads:

1. Direct-to-Owner Communication: targeted mailings, emails, calls, trade show meetings, leads through industry associations, personal networks, etc.


2. The investment community: hedge funds, private equity principals, mezza­nine funds, individual investors and business owners


3. Professional services firms: major management consulting, accounting, legal, and other professional services firms


4. Independent representatives: individuals located nationally who we have engaged to assist in deal sourcing


5. Business intermediaries: over six hundred intermediaries who specialize in transactions in the middle market

Each week, the sourcing effort yields over three dozen new companies for our review. We conduct an initial due diligence screening on every one, and attractive opportunities are presented to our clients.
